The registration of multiple accounts by a single player ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals.

4.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 per transaction unless otherwise specified in a promotion. nunstargame reserves the right to impose maximum deposit limits at its discretion.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. GCash and Maya withdrawals for verified accounts are typically processed within 5–30 minutes. 4.5 Source of Funds. Deposits must be funded from accounts or payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. nunstargame reserves the right to void any transaction funded from a payment method not belonging to the registered account holder.
4.6 Dormant Accounts. Accounts with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. nunstargame reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee to dormant accounts in accordance with applicable regulations.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits ("Bonuses") offered by nunstargame are subject to individual promotion terms and to these general terms. In the event of conflict, the individual promotion terms prevail.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless expressly stated otherwise, all Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any withdrawal may be processed. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the promotion terms for each offer.
